Senior Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed hair assessments to determine the stage and nature of hair loss
• Educate and counsel clients on causes, solutions, and treatment options using visual aids and product demonstrations
• Understand client expectations and recommend suitable procedures/products based on facial features, age, profession, and personality
• Achieve daily consultation targets and contribute to monthly revenue growth
• Collaborate with studio teams and management to drive business development
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNIs) through trust and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Healthcare preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years in direct or consultative sales
• Experience in face-to-face selling with HNI clientele is highly desirable
• Preferred age: 32 years and above

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Consultative selling approach with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude
• Professional grooming and presentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
