Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales and Operations Manager. The manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, managing operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of installations. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales plans, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing logistics, and optimizing the ERP system. The role requires close collaboration with architects, builders, and other partners to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
• Strong operational management skills, including logistics and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners
• Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
