Senior Sales and Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth through strategic sales planning and effective execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharma sales, preferably GMP certified, and experience in managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and expand existing relationships.

Product Promotion:

• Promote company's products and services to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels (CPHI, industry events, networking).
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Sales Forecasting:

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
• Analyze sales data and identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in pharma sales, preferably GMP certified.
• Strong understanding of pharma industry trends, regulations, and compliance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of Canva and other marketing softwares.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of sales automation tools.
• Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
• Familiarity with pharma industry events and conferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Pharma: 1 year (Preferred)
