Senior RPA Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and maintain robust Python scripts for data processing, cleaning, and transformation. 2. Work extensively with Pandas for complex data manipulation and reporting. 3. Automate Excel workflows using OpenPyXL and win32com libraries. 4. Build and optimize web scraping solutions using Selenium (and other scraping tools if required). 5. Maintain and scale existing Python-based applications and automation pipelines. 6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of data workflows and scraping processes. 7. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and process scalability. 8. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver automated solutions. 9. Take ownership of existing systems, proactively identifying improvements and ensuring smooth operations. Required Skills & Experience 1. 4–5 years of proven experience as a Python Developer. 2. Strong expertise in Pandas (advanced data manipulation, cleaning, merging, aggregations). 3. Hands-on experience with OpenPyXL and win32com for Excel automation. 4. Practical knowledge of Selenium for web scraping and automation. 5. Experience in building scalable and maintainable data pipelines. 6. Good understanding of data validation, exception handling, and logging. 7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 8. Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end processes. Good to Have 1. Familiarity with other scraping frameworks (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy). 2. Experience with scheduling tools (Task Scheduler, Cron, Airflow). 3. Knowledge of database integration (SQL/NoSQL). 4. Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) for automation and scaling.
