Senior RPA Engineer

• Key Responsibilities1
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python scripts for data processing, cleaning, and transformation
• Work extensively with Pandas for complex data manipulation and reporting
• Automate Excel workflows using OpenPyXL and win32com libraries
• Build and optimize web scraping solutions using Selenium (and other scraping tools if required)
• Maintain and scale existing Python-based applications and automation pipeline
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of data workflows and scraping processes
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and process scalability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver automated solutions
• Take ownership of existing systems, proactively identifying improvements and ensuring smooth operations

Required Skills Experience1

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Python Developer
• Strong expertise in Pandas (advanced data manipulation, cleaning, merging, aggregations)
• Hands-on experience with OpenPyXL and win32com for Excel automation
• Practical knowledge of Selenium for web scraping and automation
• Experience in building scalable and maintainable data pipelines
• Good understanding of data validation, exception handling, and logging
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end processes

• Familiarity with other scraping frameworks (eg, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)
• Experience with scheduling tools (Task Scheduler, Cron, Airflow)
• Knowledge of database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) for automation and scaling
