Job Description

As a Senior in the EY- NFS TPRM team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients enhance their business performance by translating strategies into realities. Working alongside high-performing teams, you will contribute to the growth, innovation, protection, and optimization of client business performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and collaborate with the manager in delivering Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) engagements. - Design and implement TPRM operating models, evaluate complex business and technology risks, and provide solutions. - Ensure successful implementation of TPRM operating models by following relevant policies and procedures. - Conduct process walkthrough discussions to document end-to-end business processes and functional requirements. - Assess the application of legal and regulatory requirements to clients" TPRM practices. - Lead or participate in technology enhancement requirements like Automation, Data Analytics, and AI to support TPRM processes. - Select and tailor approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, EY products, and service lines. - Build positive relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service. - Identify opportunities to enhance engagement profitability. - Support business development initiatives and account management. - Foster internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and across the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - 4 to 8 years of demonstrated experience in Risk Management across the Third-Party engagement lifecycle. - Strong understanding of TPRM framework, Risk Management, and Information Security practices. - Knowledge of TPRM tools and technology solutions like GRC enablement solutions (e.g., Process Unity, Prevalent, Archer, ServiceNow, etc.). - Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, etc. - Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. - Knowledge of networking and security concepts, incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity management, cryptography, and more. - Experience in LAN/WAN architectures, incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity management, cryptography. - Prior experience in Big-4 firms and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CTPRP, CIPP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer are desirable.
