✔️ Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Production environment
✔️ Define strategies for Application Performance Monitoring & Optimization
✔️ Handle production incidents, identify patterns, and drive reduction in recurring issues
✔️ Support code deployments across environments & automate processes wherever possible
✔️ Design and standardize Monitoring & Alerting mechanisms
✔️ Troubleshoot across complex tech stacks to reduce MTTR
✔️ Collaborate across the service lifecycle—from design to deployment to continuous improvement
✔️ Analyze ITSM activities & provide feedback to dev teams on resiliency and operational gaps
✔️ Participate in system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews
✔️ Support CI/CD pipelines and lead DevOps automation best practices
✔️ Monitor system health—including availability, latency & overall performance
✔️ Drive scalable solutions through automation and process improvements
✔️ Work with a global team across different geographies
✔️ Participate in rotational on-call support and occasional off-hours work
