Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Relationship Officer. The role involves building and managing strong relationships with clients, promoting life insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include conducting financial needs analysis, supporting clients with policy inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Knowledge of Finance and a solid understanding of insurance-based financial products.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional client interactions.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address inquiries and client needs effectively.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
