Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Officers with 2 to 3 years of experience in the banking or wealth management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, promoting financial products/services, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and provide personalized investment and banking solutions accordingly.
• Drive sales of wealth management products such as mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, and other financial instruments.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to client acquisition and portfolio expansion.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and market updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to deliver seamless end-to-end service for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field. (MBA/PGDM is an advantage)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, investment planning, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales or revenue targets.
• Fluency in English and local language is preferred.
