Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager located in Raipur. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing relationship management strategies, identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly. The role also involves regular client meetings, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets.
