Senior Regional Insurance Manager

As a Senior Regional Insurance Manager in the Bancassurance business at Mumbai, your role involves engaging with all business verticals within the zone/region of the bank. You will liaise with Regional Managers and work closely with branches to increase activation, lead flow, and ensure the right product offering based on customer needs. Your secondary responsibilities include engaging with external stakeholders/partners to establish synergies between the bank and partners, ensuring training, certification, process alignment, compliance, and driving customer-based solutions aligned with needs analysis. Your managerial and leadership responsibilities will require indirect management of various business verticals and the bank's structure. It is essential to demonstrate maturity in handling employee, partner, and customer queries related to insurance needs. Key success metrics for your role include achieving APE targets, customer retention, VNB/P&L of the zone/branch, productivity/branch with product mix, as well as compliance and training.
