Role Overview

Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
• Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
• Source candidates proactively using platforms like

  Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job boards

  .
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position QAAgility as an employer of choice.
• Maintain and optimize the use of ATS and recruitment tools.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in sourcing through

  Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter

  , and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and engage candidates effectively.
• Experience in setting up recruitment processes and building teams from scratch.
• Must be based in

  Hyderabad

  or willing to work from the

  Hyderabad office
