As an IT Recruiter/HR Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process Requirements: MBA or BBA degree Must.
