Job Description

Skill set: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Talent Sourcing and Networking: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall talent acquisition strategy. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency. Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment methods. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to establish strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of organizational goals and staffing requirements. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team. Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team through training and knowledge sharing. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies. Share market insights with the team and hiring managers. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter with at least 7-10 years of progressive recruitment experience. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Preferred Skills: Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Experience with executive-level recruitment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
