Job Description

Role Overview: As a People & Culture (Talent Acquisition) Senior Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various departments. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure staffing goals are achieved on time. Your role will involve utilizing various recruitment channels and sourcing, evaluating, and screening potential candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of candidates in terms of technical skills, organizational fit, and alignment with the organization's competency needs. Moreover, you will play a key role in designing and implementing effective strategies for candidate experience and maintaining candidate records. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently work with internal teams to ensure staffing goals are achieved on time. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across various departments. - Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Source, evaluate, and screen potential candidates from various platforms and ensure timely closures. - Ensure the quality of candidates in terms of technical skills, organizational fit, and competency needs. - Design and implement effective strategies for candidate experience. - Maintain candidate records in the prescribed format and provide feedback to Hiring Managers. - Implement referral programs and campus hiring effectively. - Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. - Identify potential issues in the recruitment process and suggest strategies for improvement. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters in the teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 2 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Experience with a digital agency is preferred. - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. - Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills.,
