Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Alternate Saturdays Off & Fixed Sunday off

Jaro Education is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various roles (focus on Sales, Support & Mid-level roles)

Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver results

Maintain hiring dashboards, MIS, and daily trackers

Desired Skills & Experience:

4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in EdTech or Lateral/Mass/Volume/Bulk/Sales hiring (Non IT experience)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Energetic, proactive, and a team player
