The Dolby team is looking for a self-starter with a strong technical recruiting background to join the recruiting team focused on delivering best-in-class service to the R&D teams. Your primary focus will be on hiring top Research talent in the areas of AI, Computer Vision, and ML/Data Platform for Dolby's new R&D Centre in Bangalore. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles. - Collaborate with hiring Managers to understand team hiring needs and dynamics. - Serve as a consultant in the hiring processes. - Identify, engage, and secure top candidates, both passive and active. - Develop successful sourcing strategies and research methods for attracting viable candidates. - Become the search expert for functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements. - Coordinate with recruiting coordinators to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates. - Negotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates. - Provide excellent customer service to hiring teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of technical recruiting experience. - Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Experience in hiring diverse technical roles, including Researchers, Software Engineers, and IT professionals. - Familiarity with recruiting PHD graduates from Tier 1 universities (IIT, IIIT, etc.). - Proficiency in recruiting within cutting-edge technical areas such as AI, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning/Data Platform. - Strong attention to detail. - Background in using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and "hard to fill" roles. - Effective partnership skills with various teams and professionals at different levels. - Exceptional closing and negotiation abilities.
