Alliance Technical and Specialized Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in blue-collar recruitment for the oil & gas sector and international manpower deployment. If you have a robust agent network, proven experience in high-volume hiring, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across multiple geographies, wed love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and skilled manpower in oil & gas, construction, and related industries.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via agents, databases, job boards, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment partners.

Coordinate with clients on manpower requirements, job descriptions, and deployment schedules.

Oversee trade tests, assessments, and medical check-ups with local agencies.

Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa processes, and client requirements.

Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and upcoming bulk recruitment projects.

Negotiate offers in line with company and client guidelines.

Provide recruitment status reports to management and clients.
