Role Overview:

The Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst will be a key member of our financial modeling and investment analysis team. The role involves supporting the underwriting, development, and investment evaluation of residential and mixed-use projects — including multifamily rentals and for-sale condominiums — across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed real estate financial models (including DCF, sensitivity, and scenario analyses) for real estate development projects.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment strategies and acquisition decisions.
• Prepare clear, concise investment memoranda, deal presentations, and portfolio performance reports.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams across acquisition, development, and asset management functions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, preferably within development or investment roles.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned with U.S. EST hours.
