Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React.js Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable, high‑performance web applications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, backend, QA), and be responsible for delivering robust, clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain React components and features for enterprise‑level web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs (wireframes, mockups) into high‑quality, responsive, and reusable components.
• Manage application state effectively using tools like Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
• Optimize web applications for performance, load time, and user experience (browser compatibility, mobile/responsive, etc.).
• Integrate with backend services via RESTful APIs / GraphQL.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress etc.).
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers.
• Maintain best practices around code structure, modularity, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with latest React & front‑end trends and proactively propose architectural or process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of solid hands‑on experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with state management: Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Experience with build tools / bundlers: Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn.
• Experience with TypeScript is a big plus.
• Experience building responsive UI, cross‑browser compatibility issues, web performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of testing tools/frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Cypress or similar.
• Version control with Git.
• Good problem solving, debugging, and performance profiling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable / “Nice to Have”

• Experience with server‑side rendering / frameworks like Next.js.
• Experience in integrating GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with front‑end architecture: component library, design systems, style guides.
• Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD pipelines for front‑end (build automation, deployments).
• Experience with TypeScript in production.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) or using serverless functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹789,673.38 - ₹1,239,306.72 per year
