Job Description :-

• Cost Planning and Management: Develop and maintain project cost plans, regularly monitoring and analyzing costs to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Contract Administration: Administer contracts for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and manage any contract disputes or changes.
• Tender Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate tender submissions, assisting in contractor selection and negotiation processes to ensure competitive pricing and contract terms.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks on projects, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on costs and timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project teams, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and financials.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 7-12 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the residential, road, or highways sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
• Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
