Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located on-site in Krishnagiri. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure effective cost management and accurate estimation for construction projects.

Qualifications

Skills in cost control, cost management, and cost reporting
Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively with project teams
Proficiency in construction estimating software
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
