Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor for an on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning, control, and reporting for construction projects, ensuring budgets are managed effectively. Responsibilities include preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), monitoring project costs, and providing timely cost reports. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation and accurate budget management will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure project budgets are met
Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Experience in Cost Planning and creating financial plans for projects
Expertise in preparing detailed and accurate Cost Reporting
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency with relevant cost management software tools
Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
