Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. you will responsible for Preparing Bills, price variations, various progress reports. Should be familiar in preparation of estimates for Roads and Bridges with rate analysis

Role & responsibilities

Collecting and maintaining day to day work progress from the site updating the progress reports on day to day basis.
Should be responsible for collecting and maintaining the approved RFIS and preparation of bills as per the RFIs in coordination with the site engineers and client.
Preparation of various project reports as per the formats issued by the client.
Preparation of RA bills, and follow-up with the client from submission to till approval.
Tracking the progress as per the project construction mile stones and any deviations shall be informed to the Project Manager.
Attending meeting along with the project manager.
Preparation of material and resources forecast as per the work program.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ Years of Experience in Roads + Bridge Projects
Strong knowledge in various types of contract agreements in terms of variations, payments etc.
Proficient Software knowledge in Road Estimator is Preferable.
