Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor. you will assist SQS in Preparing estimates for Roads and Bridges, able to calculate the earth work Quantity, Preparation of rate Analysis, Progress reports, Running Bills etc.,

Role & responsibilities

Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the following activities

• Collecting and maintaining day to day work progress from the site updating the progress reports on day to day basis.
• Should be responsible for collecting and maintaining the approved RFIS and preparation of bills as per the RFIs in coordination with the site engineers and client.
• Preparation of various project reports as per the formats issued by the client.
• Preparation of RA bills, and follow-up with the client from submission to till approval.
• Tracking the progress as per the project construction mile stones and any deviations shall be informed to the Project Manager.
• Preparation of material and resources forecast as per the work program.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ Years of Experience in Roads, Bridge Projects
• Strong knowledge in various types of contract agreements in terms of variations, payments etc.

Proficient Software knowledge in Road Estimator is Preferable.
