Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of experience to support site and commercial activities. The candidate will assist in quantity take-offs, billing, cost tracking, and coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
Maintain Measurement Books (MBs) for executed site works
Assist in preparation of BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis
Support preparation of RA bills and final bills
Verify subcontractor bills under senior supervision
Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and approvals
Support documentation for extra items and variations
Maintain proper QS records, files, and billing documents
Assist in cost sheets, MIS reports, and material quantity tracking

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
Knowledge of billing procedures and measurement standards
Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
Good coordination and communication skills
Willingness to work at site and learn commercial processes

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Location

Chennai – Sholinganallur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Front-end development, backend development: 1 year (Preferred)
