Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQs for Interior and MEP works
Conduct market analysis for material pricing and vendor selection
Coordinate with design teams to finalize packages
Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate terms
Monitor project budgets and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of Interior and MEP systems
Proficiency in cost estimation and tender documentation
Familiarity with local market rates and procurement processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple packages simultaneously
