Our client is seeking a talented Senior Quant Researcher to be part of their elite team, driving innovation in next-generation trading systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create, refine, and enhance quantitative trading strategies using proprietary platforms.
• Work with extensive financial datasets to uncover insights and alpha opportunities.
• Collaborate with traders and engineers to maximise strategy efficiency and execution.
• Develop predictive models for market movements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and interns.

Ideal Background:

• 2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or similar domains.
• Strong coding expertise, preferably in C++ or C.
• Proficiency with Linux, Python, and scripting tools.
• Academic credentials in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering from a leading institution.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to high-frequency trading or startup environments is advantageous.
• Motivated, intellectually curious, and collaborative in nature.
