Senior Quantitative Researcher

Key Responsibilities

Design, refine, and optimize
quantitative trading strategies
using proprietary platforms.
Analyze large-scale
financial datasets
to identify patterns, insights, and alpha opportunities.
Collaborate closely with
traders and engineers
to enhance strategy efficiency and execution.
Develop
predictive models
for market behavior and price dynamics.
Mentor and guide
junior researchers and interns

Ideal Profile

2–5 years
of experience in quantitative research or a related field.
Strong programming skills in
C++ or C
, with familiarity in
Python
and
Linux
environments.
Solid academic foundation in
Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
from a top-tier institution.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
Experience in
high-frequency trading
