Job Description

Senior Quant Researcher

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and improve quantitative trading strategies on proprietary platforms
Analyse large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns and alpha
Work closely with traders and developers to optimise performance
Build predictive models for market behaviour
Guide and mentor junior team members, including interns

What We Are Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in quantitative research or related roles
Strong programming skills, especially in C++ or C
Comfortable with Linux, Python, and shell scripting
Degree in CS, Math, Physics, or Engineering from a top institution
Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in HFT/startups is a plus
Self-driven, curious, and team-oriented
