Job Description

As a Senior Quality Officer, your main responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS). You will lead and mentor quality assurance teams, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance quality, conducting audits and inspections, and preparing reports on quality performance and compliance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards and providing training to employees on quality assurance procedures will be essential. Additionally, you will manage supplier quality agreements, audits, and performance, maintain quality documentation, and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your strategic input will be valuable in influencing decisions that impact the functional area of responsibility. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts. A performance bonus will be provided based on your contributions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Quality Officer and 3 years of experience in manufacturing. The work location is in person.,
