Senior Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Manager with a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality teams in our BPO operations. Your role will involve implementing successful quality improvement projects, managing quality teams, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate we are looking for is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality management systems aligned with industry best practices, conducting regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement, and leading Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for analyzing data related to quality performance, delivering quality training to BPO employees, and monitoring customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying informed about industry best practices will also be essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a BPO environment is required, along with proven expertise in managing quality management systems and teams. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with quality management software. Key skills that will be valuable in this role include Six Sigma methodologies, Quality Assurance principles, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis and Reporting, Process Improvement, Customer Satisfaction, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Project Management, Problem-Solving, and Leadership. This is a full-time position based in the office, with permanent night shifts following US timings.
