The Role :-

We’re looking for a Senior QA Manager who lives and breathes quality. Someone who doesn’t just test — but builds, leads, and owns a product’s stability, performance, and perfection.

This is a leadership role disguised as a hands-on role. You’ll take full control of our QA processes across web and mobile platforms. You’ll design robust test strategies, manage test execution, and implement automation frameworks that scale with us. You’ll collaborate with devs, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure nothing goes out unless it's flawless.

• Have 5+ years of QA experience and can back it up with results
• Have led QA efforts across mobile and web applications
• Are strategic + hands-on — you love leading but aren’t afraid to get dirty

• Are obsessed with edge cases, regression coverage, and performance bottlenecks
• Are proactive, self-driven, and ready to take full ownership
• Already have your own laptop, mobile test devices, and reliable work setup
