Role : Sr. QA Engineer Location : Pune Working Mode : Hybrid Experience : 4+ Years Notice Period : - Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Strategy : Design comprehensive test plans and strategies for both manual and automated testing. Define test objectives, create detailed test cases, and ensure full test coverage. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to review requirements and provide feedback early in the development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Test Execution & Reporting Execute manual and automated test cases across various platforms and environments. Identify, log, and track bugs using standard tools. Analyze test results, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve test processes. Test Automation Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cypress. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Must-Have Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing of web applications Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cypress Proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries for database validation Solid understanding of code, debugging, and basic programming logic Experience with API testing, including tools like Postman, and frameworks like Cucumber Proficient with Git/GitHub for version control (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
