About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, particularly the Robot Framework and Selenium WebDriver, along with a sound understanding of CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery across applications through automation and best testing Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Selenium WebDriver. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and execution approaches. Participate in functional, regression, and integration testing throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to support automation in continuous integration environments. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Maintain test documentation and actively participate in process improvements. Mentor junior QA team members and ensure adherence to best Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 69 years of experience in Automation Testing. Proven experience with : Robot Framework for Test Automation Selenium WebDriver for UI Automation Integration with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) Strong knowledge of software testing principles, test design, and test execution techniques. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced to Have (Optional) : Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
