Job Description- Senior Quality Assurance (Automation)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) - Automation to develop and execute

automated test solutions to ensure product quality. QA Associate responsibilities include

designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will be

looking after creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

including estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating testing activities with multiple teams

and project status reporting.

Qualification:

● 5-7 years of experience in Mobile and Web application testing

● Should be able to author test strategy, test plan, design test cases, review the test cases and

automate the test cycle process

● Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.

● Hands-on experience with SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle and various testing phases

● Strong Attention to detail and analytical skills

● Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools

● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging

● Thorough understanding of both Agile methodology and cross-functional testing

● Ability to train and mentor junior teammates

● Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with good stakeholder management

skills

● BE/ ME / BCA / MCA/ BTech or an equivalent degree

Nice To Have:

● Experience in automation testing using Selenium or Ranorex, API testing

● Experience in setting up an automation framework

● Experience in performance testing

● Any knowledge of ready-made automation frameworks

● Knowledge of mobile automation testing tools
