Senior Python Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on large-scale distributed systems. This role requires working with global teams, so the shift timing will be 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Proficiency in SQLAlchemy ORM and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience deploying and maintaining services on Azure or similar cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design, authentication, and microservice architecture.
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Ability to handle MNC-level technical questions, system design discussions, and scenario-based problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest) and other code quality tools.

Additional Details

• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (required to align with international teams).
• Candidates should be comfortable with complex coding challenges, DSA-based assessments, and MNC-style interview rounds.

Pay: ₹60,363.34 - ₹90,389.61 per month
