We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on large-scale distributed systems. This role requires working with global teams, so the shift timing will be 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST . Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on expertise in Python , Django , and FastAPI . Proficiency in SQLAlchemy ORM and PostgreSQL . Experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.). Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) . Experience deploying and maintaining services on Azure or similar cloud environments. Strong knowledge of REST API design , authentication, and microservice architecture. Excellent debugging, optimization, and analytical problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). Ability to handle MNC-level technical questions , system design discussions, and scenario-based problem solving. Preferred Skills Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular , React , or vanilla JavaScript . Experience with CI/CD pipelines , monitoring tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) . Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest , unittest ) and other code quality tools. Additional Details Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (required to align with international teams). Candidates should be comfortable with complex coding challenges , DSA-based assessments, and MNC-style interview rounds .
