Senior PV module sales Manager

You are a driven and experienced PV Module Sales Manager/Executive responsible for leading sales efforts in the rooftop segment for photovoltaic (solar) modules. Your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, onboarding new customers, building relationships with existing clients, staying updated on market trends, and providing technical guidance to clients. Collaboration with supply chain and logistics teams, negotiation of pricing and contract terms, preparation of sales forecasts and reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in PV module sales or solar industry sales. A strong network within the solar sector and proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales forecasting is required, along with the ability to travel as needed. Preferred skills include expertise in solar panel technologies, efficiency ratings, and performance metrics, experience in rooftop solar project sales, and the ability to analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
