Excellent report/email writing, Email communication and IT skills. candidate should be from similar industry background. Sourcing and Vendor Management:  Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for engineering-related products and services, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Technical Evaluation:  Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and specifications, evaluating vendor proposals and solutions to ensure compatibility and suitability for the organizations needs. Cost Analysis:  Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize procurement decisions, balancing cost considerations with quality and performance requirements. Supply Chain Coordination:  Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, monitoring inventory levels and managing logistics to minimize lead times and disruptions. Quality Assurance:  Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that procured products and services meet the organizations quality standards and industry regulations. Compliance:  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies in all procurement activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Risk Management:  Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and regulatory compliance, implementing contingency plans as needed. Supplier Relationship Management:  Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors, fostering collaboration and addressing issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Continuous Improvement:  Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in procurement activities, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
