ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corporation and is a recognized leader in the IT management space. We've been witnessing remarkable growth and to keep up with the demand, we are doubling down on our hiring. The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries.
We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated PR and content executive to join our media relations team, and work on innovative PR campaigns and strategies. This role will support various corporate communications functions including content writing, public, media, analyst, and influencer relations as well as customer advocacy. It offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about each of these responsibilities.
-Working with the global PR team to amplify the share of voice in both new and traditional media.
-Tracking trending technology and security topics.
-Contributing to writing script/ideation for video interviews, chats, podcasts, thought leadership articles, press releases, pitch notes and more.
-Experience in ghostwriting for executives
-Localize our global content (articles, press releases, Q&As) and bring in the regional context.
This includes re-purposing existing content, reviewing content received from PR agencies
-Maintaining and nurturing relationship with ManageEngine's media contacts
-Interested in pursuing a career within the corporate communication function.
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Pre-existing relationships with journalists from IT, business and mainline media.
-Research-oriented, and keen understanding of the IT/Technology landscape on the top of relevant technology trends.
-Able to work independently with proper guidance and instructions.
-Ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience.
-Driven, motivated, self-starter who is eager to learn and grow as a corporate communications professional.
-A candidate with 5-7 years experience in PR/content writing, marketing industry.
-Experience of working in corporate media relations or in a PR agency in the tech sector with
good media contacts.
-Proven experience writing high-quality blogs and articles.
-Strategic thinker with creative and detailed execution skills, with an innate attention to detail.
-Should have a good understanding of our key markets.
-Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external
stakeholders.
-The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
