Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, lead generation, and closing high-value deals. Experience in luxury property sales will be a significant advantage.---

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.Promote and sell premium and luxury real estate projects to high-net-worth individuals.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to advise clients effectively.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent closures.Prepare regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.---

Requirements

Real Estate Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.Lead Generation Expertise: Strong track record in generating and converting leads into sales.Luxury Sales Experience (Preferred): Candidates with experience selling premium/luxury products or properties will be given priority.Sales Closure History: Documented evidence of past sales closures is highly desirable.Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Telugu with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Professionalism: Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.---
