Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value project sales opportunities across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify new business opportunities, and refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for effective project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance data using CRM tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales (Building Materials, Interiors, Construction, or Real Estate).
  • Proven ability to close large, complex deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Understanding of project management principles and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
