Job Description

Responsibilities:

Minimum five years and above experience as an planning engineer and Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.

Observing existing processes, analysing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.

Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly & monthly updates of the project.

Create variance reports (schedule variance & cost variance) at various stages of project and analyse deviations.

Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.

Attending and scheduling meetings as required.

Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.

Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.

Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Manage all communications & provide efficient feedback for all processes.

Developing S curve

Must have very good experience in Earned value management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Planning and project management skills.

Strong multitasking abilities.

Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.

Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidate from Electirical background is added advantage.

Software Proficiency:

Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook)

Project Planning tools, i.e., MS Project, Primavera.
