As a Senior Project Manager, you show interest in technology and constantly strive at providing a vision and inspiration to your project team and beyond.

You have excellent people and project management skills and a strong ability to develop and motivate your project team

You manage projects/sub projects with medium complexity within a program or portfolio. And when needed support to complex projects & act with delegation.

You have in depth product knowledge & connected features as well as business drivers.

You challenge technical proposals with QDCCFS dimensions in mind.

You have a proven understanding of how to create values to customers & brands

You drive purposefully the stakeholder engagement & alignment

You have proven communication skills to provide timely & helpful information

You understand internal business & know-how. You can tailor right development methodology

You contribute to knowledge management process.

You build your solid T-shape profile.

You are proficient in creating project plans including basic dependencies. You execute & monitor the project accordingly. You look forward & early anticipate risks & opportunities. You identify & implement string mitigation plans.

You manage scope & changes over time. You know what drives cost (with top down/bottom-up view). You proactively balance scope.

You are result-oriented, with the final customer satisfaction in mind. You are recognized for being self-driven, and you feel comfortable in taking difficult decisions, dealing with uncertainty and risks.

You welcome new thoughts and ideas to challenge one another and yourself. You exhibit strong networking and collaboration skills.

Education:

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in engineering with 14+ years of experience in Product Development/Project Management in Automotive Industry.

• You have certification/formal education in project management or proven project management skills
