Senior Project Manager

Skills (Must Have):
SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certificationMinimum 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in the banking domainStrong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, and KanbanProven experience in project management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communicationProficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similarExperience leading SAFe Agile Release Train events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums)Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, resolve dependencies, and remove impedimentsExperience supporting Product Owners with Feature and Epic prioritization and planningSkilled in delivery tracking, milestone planning, and KPI definitionCapable of maintaining risk logs and preparing status reports for senior leadershipStrong communication, documentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skillsSkills (Good to have):PMP certification is a plusFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS or AzureHands-on experience managing distributed or remote teamsRole & Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, etc.)Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and help them continuously improveCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritizedTrack and report on team progress, risks, and impediments using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveryRemove impediments to team progress and foster a high-performing team environmentManage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business and client expectationsDrive process improvements and promote Agile best practices across the organizationCoordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs (Release Train Exp) in a SAFe environment to manage dependenciesQualification: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
