This role is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive communication and training strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption across all global business units implementing interconnected systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign the overarching OCM strategy, identifying key people risks and building mitigation plans aligned with technical project milestonesDevelop and own the master communication plan, defining core messaging and tailoring content for diverse global and functional audiencesOversee the training strategy, ensuring all impacted employees receive the necessary skills to effectively operate the new systemsConduct detailed stakeholder analysis and manage engagement with executive leadership, the internal Tech PMO, and external Tech Implementation PartnersOversee the Change Impact Assessment process and establish metrics to track successful adoption post-Go-LiveSkills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualificationDeep expertise and experience in leading global change projects, specifically involving tech transformationsExperienceDemonstrated expertise in developing robust communication plans, training strategies, stakeholder management, and resistance mitigationProven ability to influence without direct authority and effectively manage cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
