Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Quality Control

• Ensure concrete casting is free from honeycombing and carried out with proper vibration techniques.
• Supervise shuttering works to prevent slurry leakage during casting operations.
• Verify placement of TMT bars as per BBS specifications, with correct spacing and packing before casting.

Material & Resource Management

• Maintain updated stock reports for all materials received from vendors and issued to contractors.
• Monitor daily diesel receipt, issuance, and consumption, and record updates in official systems and communication groups.
• Track TMT stock and usage continuously and update relevant reports accordingly.

Planning & Progress Monitoring

• Implement daily work plans aligned with company targets; report deviations or support needs immediately to Head Office and the designated communication group.
• Prepare and submit monthly execution plans by the 25th of every month.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and ensure milestone achievements as per project timelines.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Conduct and document all required quality testing, ensuring client verification and weekly reporting to Head Office.
• Prioritize safety standards at site, ensuring protection of manpower, machinery, and third-party entities.

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and finalize bills for client submission to ensure timely payments to the company.
• Maintain documentation to meet contractual obligations and submit weekly reports to Head Office and client.

Human Resource & Team Allocation

• Ensure availability and allocation of adequate manpower across shifts and define individual responsibilities.
• Source subcontractors for elevated road work and other site requirements at company-approved rates.

Procurement & Equipment Management

• Source required materials and ensure timely delivery at approved company rates to avoid delays.
• Arrange for machinery and operators at agreed rates, ensuring uninterrupted project activity.

Vendor & Regulatory Coordination

• Negotiate with external vendors to align with government-approved contract rates.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities for project execution.

Construction Supervision & Compliance

• Oversee all components of elevated road construction and related works, ensuring accuracy as per drawings and technical standards.
• Guide and supervise laborers, mechanics, and other site personnel as required.
• Coordinate with departments/agencies to secure clearances for efficient project execution in public infrastructure works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
