This role exists because our clients rely on us to bring high-quality, reliable tech solutions to life—and we need someone who can lead that journey from start to finish.

It’s about more than just ticking boxes. It’s about understanding what clients really need, keeping things on track when the unexpected happens, and making sure every project meets our standards (and theirs). You’ll be the go-to person for bringing cross-functional teams together, navigating priorities, and making sure we’re always delivering value, not just software.

You’ll work closely with senior sponsors, business analysts, and technical stakeholders on the client side-navigating expectations, translating needs into action, and ensuring alignment at every stage of delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technical & Operational Fluency

o At least 12 + years of IT industry experience with financial services technology, ideally in middle office or post-trade operations.

o Extensive expertise in multi-asset workflows, including equities, fixed income, FX, OTC

derivatives and with particular depth in listed futures and options, spanning front-to-back trade

lifecycle, execution nuances, and post-trade processes.

Project & Delivery Leadership

o Proven industry experience as a Project or Delivery Manager delivering technology projects

within capital markets- whether as a Delivery Manager, Implementation Lead, or Project

Manager.

oStrong ability to balance business requirements with technical execution and timeline

constraints.

Capital Markets & Securities Operations Knowledge

oClear understanding of front-to-back processes within the securities trade lifecycle.

oAbility to speak the language of operations teams and translate their needs into clear

deliverables.

Agile Experience

o Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint-

based development cycles

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERING

End-to-End Project Delivery

oLead and oversee delivery of client projects for our middle office application- from planning

through release and post-go-live stabilization.

Client Relationship Management

oAct as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication

and addressing any issues that arise.

Stakeholder Communication

oEngage directly with senior sponsors, business analysts, and technical teams on the client side

to clarify goals, manage expectations, and align on delivery outcomes.

Backlog & Scope Management

oOwn and manage project-specific backlogs in partnership with clients and internal teams,

ensuring clarity on scope, readiness, and priorities.

Risk and Escalation Management:

oAnticipate risks, manage escalations, and ensure swift resolution of client-facing issues by

working cross-functionally with support, operations, and engineering.

Quality Assurance

oEnsure deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations, with an eye toward

long-term client satisfaction.

Resource Planning

oWork with scrum leads to plan and allocate resources, escalating capacity constraints when

needed.

Continuous Improvement

oIdentify areas to streamline processes and improve delivery outcomes- both internally and for

clients.

Agile Execution

oFoster agile delivery practices across all workstreams, ensuring collaboration, transparency,

and iterative progress
