About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Programs with 7+ years of relevant experience to lead the delivery of cybersecurity service projects. This client-facing leadership role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer success.

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with team leads, pentesters, executives, and cross-functional departments.
• Define project objectives, create detailed plans, and track progress, risks, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and managing stakeholder communications.
• Establish and refine project management processes and methodologies to drive on-time, high-quality, and within-budget project delivery.
• Lead multiple simultaneous cybersecurity service projects.
• Coach, mentor, and grow internal pentesting and cybersecurity teams.
• Build OKRs and drive quarterly and annual program planning.
• Maintain strong collaboration with sales, accounts, and management teams for service delivery alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple cybersecurity service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.
• Lead service engagements to assess the security of modern applications and infrastructure.
• Strengthen client security postures through effective delivery and strategic advisory.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives to position SecureLayer7 as a premier cybersecurity partner.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with detailed, actionable delivery plans.
• Understand and manage client expectations while proactively resolving delivery risks.
• Utilize internal tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Build project plans, capacity planners, manage pentester calendars, travel planning, and engagement rules.
• Promote continuous internal training and cybersecurity research programs.
• Conduct quarterly team reviews and provide performance feedback.
• Manage multiple project priorities, balancing conflicting demands efficiently.
• Apply core project management principles including risk management, issue tracking, milestone planning, and reporting to leadership.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks like OWASP Top 10, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
• PMP Certification or equivalent formal project management training.
• Experience handling sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
